For three years running, in partnership with Vogue Australia, Enspire was engaged to help Westpac deliver Vogue Codes - an annual series of events to empower women to choose roles and careers in technology.

Recognising that science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) skills are at the core of its everyday operations, and that the need for these skills is already in deficit, particularly for women, Westpac's Group Technology team has been leading the way with many initiatives in the STEM advocacy and gender equality space.
