OUR STORY

Enspire is an innovative communication agency that redefined flexible work since it started in 2012. 

Recognising the power of teamwork and collaboration, our visionary CEO founded the company with a unique approach - communication consultants thrive when they are an integral part of a team, and get to work on their terms. This philosophy has been the driving force behind our success. 

Starting as a one-woman-band, our CEO's way of working was in hot demand. By taking on contracts that were hard to fill - 6 weeks, one day a week or three months with ebbs and flows - and coming in with a "get it done" attitude, we saw a niche in the market that we could fill. 

The business grew organically and sustainably to 18+ team members, who are offered stable, flexible work options for women, on their terms.

With this exponential growth has come the need to bolster our management and administration support, with new roles created including a General Manager, Business Administration Manager and Client Administration Manager. Along with our consultants, it's this team that are the backbone of our ongoing success. 

Our commitment to excellence and innovative communications and events has attracted an ever-expanding client base that spans from the finance sector to Australian Government bodies. As we continuously deliver results, we have become a trusted partner to many businesses, helping them achieve their goals with efficiency and expertise.
