the challenge

When The Skin Hospital approached us, they had recently welcomed a new CEO, were about to launch a refreshed business strategy and were looking to build their employee engagement after disruptions to their way of working during the COVID-19 pandemic. Over time, the scope grew to include leading and supporting The Skin Hospital’s marketing and events activities and developing a social media strategy.

The Skin Hospital provides leading-edge treatments and the highest standard of care for all skin conditions, including skin cancer

  • Managed internal and external events and worked to streamline processes (i.e., moved registrations from paper to digital).

  • Developed and produced The Skin Hospital 2021 Annual Report.

  • Rolled out TSH’s refreshed Business Strategy.

  • Created ways to speak to and inform frontline employees who had limited access to computers.

  • Re-designed the Corporate Skin Check program for future scalability.

“We initially engaged Enspire during a period of significant change within the business to develop an internal communications rhythm. The scope quickly grew to include managing our social media channels, taking on an interim Head of Marketing role and supporting our events program. The team hit the ground running, supporting me and my Leadership team with no job too big or too small.”
